Cleanup Service is not working correctly when the Ephesoft Application is running the Reporting under a Standard License
There are no errors indicating an issue.
The reporting service requires all databases to be synchronized in order to perform the clean up service.
Because the Advanced reporting is disabled under the Standard License the requirements for the cleanup were not met and was not able to complete the process.
It has been confirmed that the latest patch installer is working fine with the clean up service using the standard license.
This is v126.96.36.199 or higher
