Issue: Ephesoft OpenLDAP Directory Service 2.4 is unable to start after an install of Ephesoft

Root Cause: Incorrect settings caused by an incorrect install

Solution:

Instructions

  1. To resolve, all you have to do is replace all traces of @@INSTALL_DIR_SQL@@ with C:\\Ephesoft\\ (Or your correct install path) in the following:
    1. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\application.properties
    2. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-batch\dcma-batch.properties
    3. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-data-access\dcma-db.properties
    4. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-util\dcma-backup-service.properties
    5. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-workflows\dcma-workflows.properties
    6. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-reporting\dcma-report.properties (Applies to v3.1)
    7. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\JavaAppServer\conf\server.xml
    8. [Ephesoft Installation Folder]\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-open-office\open-office.properties
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Temp\Ephesoft
