Issue: More details are need to troubleshoot problems with JRE.

Solution: Enable Java tracing and logging.

1. Open Java control panel from the Windows control panel.

2.Select the advances tap at the top

3. Enable the logging as well as the track check boxes under debugging

Now Java logging is enabled. Logs are by default stored in :<User Application Data Folder>\Sun\Java\Deployment\log
