Issue:

Interactive PDFs will not render correctly, instead the following will be displayed:

Root Cause:

Ephesoft Transact does not support interactive PDFs

Solution: 

User can open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader (or any other program that supports interactive PDFs) and Print to PDF. Then re-import the newly created PDF to Ephesoft Transact.
