Issue Observed: Very Rarely

Issue Description:

There may be a possibility where batch class import fails when batch class is exported from other environment. The logs may suggest the root cause of the batch class import may be related to difference in table character set.

Solution:

All the ephesoft tables and database should follow utf-8 character set, if there is a mismatch in terms of this character set then ephesoft may give an error when importing the batch class.

If you find the case above then it is recommended you change the character-set of the table by running alter command.

Example for mariadb as below:(The command may change depending on different database)

ALTER TABLE <<table_name>> CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET ‘utf8’;

You should be able to get list of table names from the logs which may be causing the issue.
