Resource Authorizer in databsae / Access Manager on UI

Issue:
Customer unable to save roles in Access Manager screen where they are seeing a popup message “Could not save the resource details”

Root Cause:
Duplicate entry present in resource_authorizer table.

Solution: 
The main suspect of the issue  is because there exist a duplicate entry in resource authorizer table. You should find this duplicate value in resource column which will be same for particular role.

Example as below:

Kindly remove such duplicate entries from this table and then test if the issue gets resolved or not.
