Issue: Nothing happens when you click the syncDB button in reporting and your DCMA-all.log shows the error message: PROCEDURE ephesoft.clean_batch_instance does not exist
Solution: You will need to add the Stored Procedure manually to your database.
1. Stop the Ephesoft server if it is currently running.
2. Create a clean-up stored procedure for the respective database by running the attached query in query browser.
3. Change the following properties in ‘Application/WEB-INF/classes/META-INF/dcma-reporting’.
Inside the ‘dcma-report.properties’ modify the following properties:- is_reporting_and_cleanup_enabled=true export_report_data_switch=false (set false when reporting is not needed else set to true)
Inside the ‘dcma-report-scheduling.properties’ modify the following property:- dcma.report.cronjob.expression=0 0 1 * * ? *
4. Restart the Ephesoft server.
