After performing SSO configuration, the Ephesoft Transact page is not redirected to SSO login page, and Access Denied error is displayed.

Possible Solution

1. Verify that the applicationContext-security.xml resource is uncommented in the applicationContext.xml file (<Ephesoft Installation Directory>\Application).

2. Verify that the springSecurityFilterChain filter is uncommented in web.xml (<Ephesoft Installation Directory>\Application\WEB-INF).

Note: The springSecurityFilterChain filter is responsible for redirection to SSO login page.

3. Make sure that the springSecurityFilterChain filter is the first filter in the web.xml file. If it’s present in the end, please move it to make it the first filter.
