Root Cause:

The program can’t restart because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This error message is shown when a program is trying to access MSVCR110.dll which is part of Microsoft Visual  Studio 2012 Udape 4 but this DLL is missing from the computer. Ideally this DLL must be present in either C:\windows\system32 or C:\windows\SysWOW64 directory.

Solution:

Installing 32 bit version of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 will resolve problem with the Ldap installation. The update pack can be downloaded from from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679#

Then you will need to run ldap.bat file as Administrator through the command line. The file is located in the Ephesoft\Dependencies\OpenLDAP2.4 directory.
