Web scanner fails to load or select scanner.
Please follow following steps to rectify the potential problem:
- Stop the server.
- Close all the open browsers.
- Clear the Java Cache by following the below defined steps:-
- Go to ‘Control Panel’.
- Click on ‘Java’.
- Click on ‘Settings…’ under Temporary Internet Files section.
- Click on ‘Delete Files…’.
- Select everything and Click on OK button.
- Click on subsequent OK buttons on different windows to close.
- Open “Run” window by pressing windows key + R. Open “.ephesoft” and delete all the DLL files present.
- Open the browser and clear its cache and restart the server.
