Introduction:

Ephesoft provides two plugins to connect and export data to Infor tools. Two plugins created as a part of IDM installation process is:

• GENERATE_BOD_XML_PLUGIN
This plugin is responsible for mapping ephesoft document types and fields with Infor document types and fields. Output of this plugin is XML file for each document which goes as an input to IDM_EXPORT_PLUGIN

• IDM_EXPORT_PLUGIN
This plugin defines uses the XML data and generated as a part of previous plugin and then connects with Infor products, locates the document type and attributes, uploads the files and fill’s in the data in the attributes.

Pre-requisite’s for configuring Batch Class for IDM plugins to work:
• We need to change multipage File Export Process in CREATEMULTIPAGE_FILES Plugin to create a searchable PDF. If by default this is ITEXT then change this to ITEXT-SEARCHABLE.
• GENERATE_BOD_XML_PLUGIN and IDM_EXPORT_PLUGIN should be placed in Export Module after COPY_BATCH_XML Plugin.
