Batch Class is locked by user and you are unable to unlock Batch Class in order to view or edit the Batch Class.
This happens when a user does not close out correctly from the batch class configuration section or the session times out. In instances like this, you will need to go into the database and manually unlock the Batch Class. This will need to be done in the ephesoft database in the batch_class table. The column that will need to be edited will be curr_user and you will need to set this to the NULL value. Please use the following SQL statement to reset the field.
Use UPDATE batch_class SET curr_user = ‘(NULL)’ WHERE `identifier`= <BC#>;
