When running an upgrade there have been cases where the Drive where the Ephesoft Installation directory is referenced incorrectly. You will then get an invalid Directory message durring the installation process.

This can be caused by a bad reference in the Registry, possibly due to:

– Multiple attempts to install Ephesoft
– Installation performed on a Partiontion and then uninstalled/reinstalled to different partition. (Registry retained first partition in record)

There are some properties that get read from a pretty well-buried registry key:

Change the Drive letter in the references to the correct destination drive and then restart the install process.
