Issue:
Issue with reports in French Locale giving below exception when browser language is set to French

 

Root Cause:
This is a known issue with locale in 4130.

Solution: 
The issue is resolved in 4500. Therefore you can upgrade to Ephesoft Transact 4.5 or you can follow below workaround:

 
a. Download attached xml files from here .
b. Go to Ephesoft\EphesoftReports\_DataXMLs folder
c. Take a backup of fr.xml and fr_dg.xml files
d. Delete the fr.xml and fr_dg.xml files from the folder and replace these with the downloaded xml files from 4.5 installation.
e. Refresh the browser and see if the issue is resolved.
