Solution: The shown error log message (Could not load Logmanager “org.apache.log4j.LogManager”) is a known scenario in Ephesoft v 4.0.4.0. We will be fixing it in Ephesoft v 4.5 release. If stderr log file is not updating or appending, Ephesoft application level logs are logged in Application/logs/dcma-all.log. If user is running Ephesoft server as a service then all console logs are logged in ephesoftenterprise-stdout.YEAR-MONTH-DAY.log additionally to application logs at dcma-all.log. And ephesoftenterprise-stderr.YEAR-MONTH-DAY.log file contains System.err.println logs only.
