Ephesoft Version: SQL 2014

Issue: Unable to Edit Batch Classes

Analysis:

Logs showing error message “The server principal “ADMEDCORP\~EphesoftService” is not able to access the database “DBATools” under the current security context”. This is related to permission issue for DB user.

This issue was fixed in earlier MS-SQL versions. Customer is currently using MS-SQL 2014 so there might be chance that this issue exists in current version. Customer can contact their DBA to grant all required permissions.
