Issue: Imagemagick Fails to Process Folder Import After an IM Library Update

 

Solution:

  1. Please stop ephesoft, delete all [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ImageMagick\7.0.6] and [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Wow6432Node\ImageMagick\7.0.6] entries. In this example, we assume that 7.0.6 is the new version installed on system. Yours may be different.
  2. Download IM_newlibrary.zip , extract and edit reg file in notepad and insure correct (1) path and (2) versions are specified.
  3. Once edited, install(merge) changes to registry.
  4. Start ephesoft server, retest and let us know the results
