Issue: If you require a new license and your server mac address has changed, you will need to submit a new details.properties file for the server(or all nodes in a cluster) and send to our licensing department for new license (tickets@ephesoft.com). This procedure will create a new details.properties file with the latest mac address information.

Solution:

  • Go to the following path and delete details.properties file.
  • Recreate the file by running the full.bat file
