New BI Showing LOCKED BI Status and Not Proceeding to Folder Import. This issue is associated with Ephesoft Clustered environments.
The CRON BI pickup scheduling/process for the Workflows are mostly overlapping in some way. Audit your CRON schedules for the cluster and space them further apart.
Workaround to continue processing: Go into batch instance table in database and change status to NEW. It is not necessary to switch any servers off when applying this.
