Overview

Troubleshooting artefact download allows the user to download or upload the selected artefacts. This feature creates a zipped file containing all the artefacts selected by the user and makes it available for download or upload (as specified by user).

The Troubleshoot feature is available on the Batch Instance Management module in the bottom panel extreme right. It’s a panel that opens up when clicked on the slider arrow in the extreme right and the panel slides over the status bars for the batch instance.
